The first time I saw my son's face light up at the sight of his favorite cartoon character on his wall, I was hooked. I'm a mom of four in Nampa, Idaho, who started my painting business for some simple reasons: I love to paint. It's a lot of fun. And, the reactions I get when each project is done are so rewarding.
In general, I paint from sight – which means that whatever your vision is, I can do it, because I am not restricted by anything other than the space of your wall. A hand-drawn painting offers a unique, one-of-a-kind touch, that can be personalized however you wish.
If you are looking for a precise duplication of a specific image – for example, a sports logo, or photo image – I am able to use a projector to ensure an exact scale.
For murals, I use acrylic and/or latex paints – primary colors, white and black, so colors are unlimited. In high traffic areas, I can finish paintings that are touched by children with an acrylic sealant for easy washing. If you are looking for a fresh coat of paint in the room before we begin, I'll use an interior latex paint of your choice.
When we meet to discuss your project, we will talk about your vision and determine the best approach to make it happen. If you have a specific idea or drawing that you want to replicate, we can go from there. If you are not sure what you want, but you know that you want to bring your space to life, we can brainstorm together, or I can offer options or a specific idea based on your needs.
